In recent times, some artiste have come out to talk about fans who reach to them for financial assistance.

Not long ago, Ghanaian Dancehall artiste stonebwoy replied a fan who asked for financial assistance that he’s not the Ghana Financial Minister and fans should stop asking him for money.

Nigerian Singer – Mr Eazi has joined his colleague in Ghana in lending his voice to the trend. Talking to his 2.3M Twitter followers, he said he wasn’t going to give free money to any fan this year.
