D’Banj Releases Video Snippet of his Unreleased Track “Banga”
The Koko master, D Banj, is indeed far from retirement as many may be expecting. The 41 year old Afropop legend released a snippet video of his unreleased Afrobeats tune, “Banga” today. The audio and video versions of the track are all scheduled to be released tomorrow, the 18th of June. The song sounds like the typical Koko master signature, as it is has that catchy rhythms and frequent adlibs from the Oliver Twist crooner.
This father of two has had one of the strongest comebacks in the music industry in 2016 and 2017, but he is still looking to maintain that air of relevance in the Nigerian music space, amidst all the endless competition. Apart from music releases, Bangalee has also occupied himself with grooming talents in his DB Records and is also overseeing the growth of various companies under his Koko Holdings conglomerates.
