I Didn’t Know My Dad Was A Billionaire Until I Was 13, Davido Shares
Afro Beats sensation David Adeleke Adedeji popularly known as Davido shares how modest his dad and late mom were while raising him and his siblings.
In a recently released podcast with EYL (Earn Your Luxury), davido shared a lot about himself, his career and family. The singer who is born into one of the richest Nigerian families shared how he didn’t know they were rich until he was about 13 years old.
According to him, his family lived in modesty and his both parents were as simple as average people. However he realised how rich they were when they moved into their new house and it was luxurious.
Davido has been commended by several people for his humble and generous personality. Recently marking his 29th birthday, he raised over 200 million naira which he disbursed to different orphanages around Nigeria.
