From the simple, calm and collected young man with his simple hairstyle to the bold and hefty father with full beards and plaited hair, the evolution of Adekunle Gold is perhaps the most funny, yet inspiring the Nigerian music industry has ever seen.

Starting from his first breakthrough song, Sade, Adekunle Gold offered music taste then was about hope and love, the music Orente, Pick Up and Sade is a testament to the assertion above. In fact, till his first studio album Gold was about hope, love and prayers.

However, the paradigm shift started coming from his second album About 30, AG Baby as he is fondly called now started singing about Delilah and his deep love for Money. Going further, his Afro Pop volume 1 see him try his hands on some new tunes, like the track AG Baby where he featured Nailah Blackman.
