Kiss Daniel’s Former Label G-Worldwide Drags Him To Court

As we all might be aware, Kiss Daniel former G-Worldwide artiste announced his exit from the Record label and the birth of his new label Flyboy INC. but all doesn’t seem perfect as his former record label has taken a legal action in a press statement released recently.

G-worldwide Entertainment Limited, has taken a legal action to ban Kiss Daniel for performing and using the stage name “Kiss Daniel” as this is a breach of a 7 years contract and intellectual property violation. The court order was filled at Federal High Court, Lagos for judgement on the 30th of November 2017.

In the statement released by G-worldwide Entertainment Limited, the record label pointed out some key points that has led to this restriction filled at the court;

• He signed a 7 years contract started in 2013
• Appointing a new manager
• Using songs recorded under G-Worldwide Label
• Using the name “Kiss Daniel” without seeking permission 🙁
• Soliciting for bookings
• Entering performance agreements
