Breaking: Davido tenders public apology for yesterday’s feud with a lady
Nigerian singer Davido has tendered a public apology for his negative reactions to a post by a lady known as T. Lolo.
Davido did this in a lengthy notepad screenshot he posted on twitter some hours ago.
According to the letters in the photos, we gather that the lady is somewhat an acquaintance with the singer.
The feud between the two started when Davido got a hold of the young lady’s views online on his political activities.
From the post, “Temi” as Davido called her, had made comments about him selling his soul to politicians. Also, that he is using his music influence to lure young Nigerians to vote for particular people.
This led to the “Fia” singer to call her out on Instagram, body-shaming her in the process. He made nasty remarks about her breast, teeth, calling her broke and insinuating that she’s a prostitute.
As confirmed in his post, he has deleted his reactions on the social network. He wrote a lengthy apology to her and everyone who had witnessed the feud online.
He said as much as he would have wanted to ignore it and move on, he was hurt. This he said was because he expected her to call him and ask questions instead of publicly calling him out.
Davido concluded with saying “I promise to do better my people! 2019 is a year for ZERO negative energy! Love and Wins a“ through!”

However, on the young lady’s Instagram story, she proclaims no acquaintance with Davido. She also points this out with a screenshot of davido’s apology.
Concerning being body-shamed, she replied with: “Let’s not forget that the point of the matter is that you shouldn’t respond to a woman about her body just because you don’t know how to respond to what she SAID!!!!”
She concluded her take on the matter on her story with: “But lets all move on in positivity.”
