Popular Nigerian Singer and Starboy entertainment boss, Wizkid has finally returned to the scene after some months of hiatus and hints fresh projects on the way.
Wizkid took to Instagram a few hours ago to announce his return by hinting that new music from him will be dropping anytime soon. He writes: “Same president! New Music”.
A song tilted “Jah Bless Me” by the singer recently surfaced on the internet without an official announcement by Wizkid and we traced it’s origin to a YouTube Audio version released 4 days ago by the Starboy account.
The song reminds us of the street vibes Wizkid seemed to have left for a while, intermittently giving a couple of moral instructions, highlighting politics as it relates to people in the hood and celebrating the blessings of God on him.
The song was engineered by Ghanaian producer Killbeatz which suggests that Wizkid must have worked with him while on vacation in Ghana this past January.
More songs are certainly expected from Wizkid now, hopefully, an album to feed his starving fans longing to get a taste of something fresh from the artiste.
