Tekno recently reached a whopping 100 Million YouTube views on his 2016 hit song Pana – Big congrats to Tekno for being the 4th Nigerian artist to achieve this height.
In December 2018, Davido‘s hit song Fall was the first Nigerian song to reach 100 Million YouTube Views, followed by Yemi Alade‘s Johnny in January 2019, then followed by a gospel song in March from Sinach titled WayMaker .
Wizkid if often considered the most popular Nigerian / African artiste – what then does it make of him if his most watched video is Come Closer ft Drake at 77 Million YouTube views.
Would it be fair to say, Davido, Yemi Alade, Sinach and Tekno are more popular than Wizkid ?

WizKids is not as popular as Davido, perhaps wizkid behaves like a kid so only kids follow him up, and they are not up to number of people that has sense of what music really means.
