Teni’s BET award nomination; Dr Dolor begs for votes
So it happened that BET nominated Teni the entertainer for the forthcoming award show this month and voting has been on. Her boss, Dr Dolor, has pressured for more votes to increase her chances.
Teni was nominated along with 5 other artistes for the Best New International Act category which also had strong South African contender Sho Madjozi.
Like some of the contenders, Teni has done her part to put the word out so fans can vote, but label boss Dr Dolor wasn’t going to take it easy.
He made an Instagram post, begging fans to vote for the Sugar Mummy of Lagos, that is, if they love the work they’ve been putting out. He must really want this.
True, Teni has worked real hard and risen fast enough to earn this sort of recognition, but her fans really need to work hard to make it a reality before the end of today – the deadline.
