The several months of legal battle between Senator Adeleke and Osun State Governor Oyetola has finally ended today at the Supreme Court of Appeal as the case was decided in favour of Oyetola as the legitimate winner of the Osun State Election.
Sen. Adekele has challenged the deceleration of Oyetola has the winner of the Osun State Governorship election.
After hearing the case by Justice Kumai Akaahs and Justice Paul Galinje – It was affirmed that the PDP candidate was the winner of the election.
