Davido Pissing On Olamide OR Just Being Generous To Lyta ?

The rift that ensued between Lyta and his former label boss Olamide is no longer news, the two parted ways in an unceremonious circumstance.The YBNL boss had said: Lyta claims he has someone who wants to sign him, which he (Olamide) believed to be a lie.

Since after he pathed ways with Olamide, Lyta has begged for forgiveness from him and asked to come back to YBNL as he misses the family but this request was not granted by Olamide.

Just the other day, DMW boss Davido has showed an unprecedented favour to Lyta. He flew him to Lyta and his new team to Senegal for the shooting of the video for the remix of “Monalisa” which Davido also featured in – All expenses was paid by Davido

The main question on the mind of those following the situations is: what is Davido’s motive for this gesture?. Is he trying to piss on Baddo, poke a finger in his face and pick a duel with him, or is he just being kind to an upcoming artist? More so, is it another stunt for publicity for his person?

Why fly him to Senegal, and not just shoot the video in Nigeria? I’m not an economist but I know it is way cheaper except If it’s a fulfilment of promise made to him or to impress the dude about what he can get if he signs under him.

All this put together, it seems Davido might be who Lyta was referring to as the person who wants to sign him. ? Whatever the case, one thing is for sure, the main motive for most investment by all humans is profit directly or indirectly. So how does Davido intends to scoop his money back?

In conclusion, Olamide is never known to back down from a challenge, so what will be his reaction to this poaching of his artist or say ex artist by the DMW boss.
