Tiwa Savage, the new Universal music artist has through her twitter handle declared that she will be boycotting the Multi-chose brand owner of the cable network DSTV show schedule to hold on 21st of September in Johannesburg, South Africa. She joins the list of people boycotting appearance in South Africa due to xenophobic attacks. The list which has presidents of Africa nations like Zambia, Zimbabwe, Malawi publicly boycotting their engagements in the nation. The show is tagged: ” DSTV delicious festival”
I refuse to watch the barbaric butchering of my people in SA. This is SICK. For this reason I will NOT be performing at the upcoming DSTV delicious Festival in Johannesburg on the 21st of September. My prayers are with all the victims and families affected by this.
