National Youth Service Corp member has reportedly proposed and given a female soldier an engagement ring in NYSC camp, Ebonyi State.
The duo was caught on camera as the NYSC member proposes and engages the solider. They were loved up in the picture as the NYSC member carries the female soldier for a photo session.
