BREAKING! FG Approves N33,000 Monthly Allowance For Corps Members

The Federal Government has approved the payment of N33,000 as monthly allowance for members of the National Youth Service Corps.

According to the NYSC Director-General (DG), Brigadier General Shuaibu Ibrahim who disclosed this to NYSC members in Bauchi State, payments will commence once FG release funds.

While speaking to Corps members at the NYSC, Bauchi State Secretariat during his working visit to the State, the DG explained: “provision had been made for the new allowance in the year 2020 Budget, adding that payment would commence as soon as funds are released by the appropriate authorities.”
