UPDATE: Tony Tetulia and Tic Tac Sues Wizkid for Copyright Infringement
Tony Tetulia and Tic Tac sues Dj Tunez and Wizkid over Copyright Infringement and unauthorised use of intellectual property.
DJ Tunez and RCA recording artiste, Wizkid are facing a law suit from Tic Tac and Tony Tetuila for copyright infringement and unauthorised use of intellectual property.
The suit is as regards the song “Gbese” by Dj Tunez and Wizkid which was said to have infringed on the copyright of the hit song “Fe Fe Ne Fe” by Tic Tac and Tony Tetuila without authorisation from Tony Tetuilla and Tic Tac.
As at the time of this report Wizkid’s camp haven’t responded to the charges raised against them and the case is now lodged at the Federal High Court in Ikoyi.
