Nollywood actress, Funke Akindele has been arraigned in a customary court sitting in Ikeja for violating the Lagos state social distancing order.
Funke threw a full blown house party in her house for her husband’s birthday. The couples had Naira Marley and others in attendance. A video from the party stirred up a heated arguement on twitter as Nigerians called on the state govermenent to apprehend and saction the actress.
In barely 24 hours, even after dropping a video apologizing for this huge offence, Funke Akindele and her husband have been arraigned in a magistrate court on one count.
