Alleged Rape: D’Banj Sues Seyitan For N1.5 billion

We have a new turnout of events. D’Banj has sued Seyitan, lady who accused him of rape for the sum of 1.5 billion naira.
In a lawsuit issued and signed by the artist’s lawyer, Mike Ozekhome, it is said that D’Banj is demanding the sum of one billion naira from Seyitan for general damages and another five hundred million naira for “aggravated punitive and exemplary damages”.
“An order directing the defendant to pay to the claimant, the sum of N1,000,000,000 (One billion naira) only representing general damages over the untold embarrassment, derision, public ridicule, odium, obloquy, marital disharmony, mental agony and psychological trauma which the defendants tweets and publications have caused the claimant,” the suit partly read.
“An order directing the defendant to pay to the claimant, the sum of N500,000,000 (five hundred million) only, representing aggravated, punitive and exemplary damages…”
The fall in love singer recently celebrated his fourth year wedding anniversary.
