Mr P. Receives Honorary Award From ESCAE University In The Republic Of Benin
Peter Okoye, now known as Mr P from the defunct P-square has been awarded an honorary degree in arts. The singer shared this news excitedly as he reminded everyone to now add a Doc. to his name.
The singer has been a lone wolf ever since he separated from his brother in 2017. One can barely talk about them without making reference to “P-square”. However, since the split, they’ve individually been making music.
Peter Okoye just like his brother is as much a very good dancer as he is a good singer. His last album “Prodigal” has done successfully well as it features songs like “Prodigal” featuring DJ Switch, “I do” featuring Tiwa Savage, “Follow my lead” featuring Wande Coal, as well as 13 more tracks.
His last virtual concert tagged “ThevirtualProdigalconcert” was pure fire as he lit up the stage performing “Prodigal” featuring DJ Switch. This honorary degree in arts comes as a well-deserved recognition of Mr P’s ability in performing arts.
