Legendary Beninese singer and songwriter, Angelique Kidjo is set to battle Wizkid for the 2022 Grammy Award. The 61 years old singer is set to release visuals for Do Yourself which was nominated for a Grammy Award. The song features Burna Boy. Listen below:
It should be noted that the song Do Yourself by Angelique Kidjo was nominated alongside Wizkid’s Essence Remix for the Global Music Performance Category of the 2022 Grammy Award.
What this means is that two internationally acclaimed African musicians are set to go head to head for the most prestigious musical award in the world.
