Burna Boy has set a record on Boomplay – a music streaming platform as the first African artiste to garner 200 million streams. The Afrobeat singer was presented with a plaque by the digital streaming platform for his outstanding achievement.
This new record set by Burna Boy is a step higher than his previous achievement on the same digital platform set a year ago. It should be remembered that Burna Boy set a record on Boomplay a year ago as the first African artiste to have 100 million streams.
