Grammy-award winning Nigerian artiste Wizkid has been praised by fans after it was revealed that he gave one of his fans 1.6 million naira.
In a video making rounds on social media, a man who’s suspected to be from Surulere, where Wizkid grew up, praises Wizkid for giving a random fan 1.6 million naira.
According to the man’s words, Wizkid gave the unknown fan the money and never mentioned it to anyone.
The man in the video equally implores the Grammy-winning artiste to build studio in Surulere—Wizkid, too, started his music career in Surulere—for up-and-coming artistes.
Wizkid FC have been reacting to the video and praising the singer for always helping people silently.
