Instagram Celebrates Davido Over Recently Sold-Out 02 Arena Concert

One of American top tech firms, Instagram, has celebrated famous Nigerian singer Davido on its platforms.

Instagram, a top social media company owned by Mark Zukerberg, recently celebrated Nigerian popular singer Davido for selling out London’s 20k-person 02 arena back in March, 2022.

This recognition by Instagram comes barely one month after Davido shut down the 02 arena on March 5, 2022.

That was Davido’s second time of selling out the 02 arena. The management of the arena itself changed the arena’s name to ‘David02’ in honor of the singer’s second historical night.

That said, on Saturday (April 9), Instagram posted Davido on its official handle on different social media platforms—Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.

For the caption, Instagram wrote, “We are making history.” “Meet Davido, American-Nigerian singer-songwriter who recently sold out London’s 20K-person 02 Arena for a second time.”
