Comedian, Mr Funny, popularly known as Oga Sabinus has sued Peak Milk to a tune of 1bBillion Naira for using his trademark “something hooge” to promote their products.
Not stopping there, Oga Sabinus also she Gala for using his trademark posture of calculating without first consulting him. As you can see from the image above, Sabinus is widely known for that word and image.
This has generated quite a lot of controversies on the social media. While some argue that Oga Sabinus has every right to sue the two companies, others are of the opinion that the comedian has not legally trademarked those words and postures.
