Omah Lay Victony play together

Young Nigerian music artists Omah Lay and Victony have squashed their rumoured beef as they both play together in a new video.

Recall that Victony and Ruger were called out Friday (July 15) in a Twitter post by Omah Lay, who intervened in a Twitter clash between Ruger and BNXN, formerly known as Buju.

The clash erupted when Ruger replied to a fan’s tweet saying BNXN is better than him. The former, in a tweet, said that the latter is no way better than him because the latter doesn’t have any hit songs—except featured ones, whereas his–Ruger’s–hit songs are solo.

Omah Lay, who seemingly was dissapointed by his colleague’s reply, slammed him, alongside Victony, on his Twitter handle.

On Wednesday (July 20) evening, however, a new video showing Omah Lay and Victony play together surfaced online.

In the video shared on Instagram by officialhiptv, the two singers looked happy together, were laughing, and didn’t seem like they had a fight.

Some of their fans, commenting on the video, have praised them for leaving the past behind and getting along.
