Album Talks broke the news to its Twitter followers on Wednesday (October 18), writing ‘JUST IN: @burnaboy’s “African Giant” hits 600 MILLION streams on Spotify’.
‘— It becomes the first ever African album to hit the mark’.
The top songs on the album with the most streams are: On The Low, Gbona, and Anybody.
Burna Boy is one of the biggest African artists ever. The 31-year-old has broken records and sold millions of records worldwide.
In 2021, he became the first Nigerian artist to win a solo Grammy award. The Grammy award-winning album by Burna Boy was ‘Twice As Tall’, released in 2020.
