Nigerian artist, Fireboy’s latest album Playboy has hit 1 billion streams on streaming platforms. It acheived this feat in 3 months of release.
On October 22, Fireboy officially reached 1 billion streams across all platforms (excluding Apple Music) with a single album. Fireboy’s third album Playboy achieved this feat.
The breakdown of the streams is as followed:
Boomplay – 182.7 million
Spotify – 304 million
YouTube- 326 million
Pandora – 25.4 million
Audiomack – 163.8 million
He joins Davido, Burna Boy, and Wizkid as the latest artist whose album reached 1 billion streams.
