“I’m A Big Wizkid Fan, But I’m Dissapointed” — Blaqbonez Says Wizkid’s Latest Actions Are Degrading And Can’t Be Defended
Nigerian rapper Blaqbonez has commented on Wizkid’s controversial comments about Nigerian rappers.
Blaqbonez made the comment on Monday afternoon (December 5) via his official Twitter handle.
Recall that Wizkid had broke-shamed Nigerian rappers after some of them expressed their dissatisfaction with his comments on rap music genre in his most recent interview. In the interview, he called rap ‘dead’ and ‘boring’.
Blaqbonez, who said he’s a big fan of Wizkid, said he found his latest actions degrading and undeserved.
He said while he has no problem with what Wizkid said in the interview, he is disappointed about his actions post-interview, such as broke-shaming Nigerian rappers and saying they’re dumb and aren’t real rappers.
