Ini Edo, a well-known Nollywood actress, has explained why she does not identify as a feminist.
In a recent discussion with Taymesan for the “Tea with Taypod” podcast, she discussed this in relation to the divisive term “feminist.”
Even though she enjoys advocating for women’s rights, Ini Edo claimed that she does not identify as a feminist because she was taught to admire and respect males.
She stated that she is happy to be a woman and a “queen” as long as her partner does not oppress her and allows her to be herself. Watch video below:
