Toyin Abraham’s husband Kolawole Ajeyemi has dissociated himself from his wife’s presidential candidate, Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
The actor made this known on his Instagram page on Monday morning, where he also dissociated himself from her political choices.
Since Toyin Abraham publicly announced her support for All Progressive Congress’ candidate, Tinubu, many of her fans and colleagues have been dragging her online, with some cursing her and her family.
In response to the curses, her husband Kolawole Ajeyemi, on his Instagram page, rebuked the curses while also stating that he has never asked anyone to support any candidate.
He added that the fact that his wife supports a candidate doesn’t mean he’s supporting her over her choice.
He wrote,“Good day everybody, it’s not like I asked anyone of you to vote for any candidate or campaigned for any party and the fact that my wife is supporting a specific party doesn’t mean that I’m supporting her. So, those of you laying curses on my children I rebuke it all and I wish you all the same. And I repeat, I did not campaign for any candidate.
