Nigeria’s award-winning singer Burna Boy has replied to fans critizing his silence over Nigeria’s elections.
The singer took to his Instagram story on Monday to respond to the criticism he had received over his silence and non-participation in Nigeria’s 2023 elections.
Giving the reason why he didn’t get involved, Burna Boy explained that he didn’t have a candidate he believed in and he had never in his life supported any candidate or political party.
He then said he wouldn’t want to be the reason why people make a choice, so they don’t blame him if his choice underperformed.

In one of the conversations, Burna Boy said the fan should look up to someone else after the said fan stated that ‘we all looked up to you’.
