‘Calm Down’ Extends Record As Highest Charting Nigerian Song On Billboard Hot 100

‘Calm Down’ has extended its record as the highest charting Nigerian song on the US Billboard Hot 100 chart.

‘Calm Down’ by Nigerian singer Rema featuring Selena Gomez peaked at number 6 on this week’s Billboard Hot 100.

Last month, ‘Calm Down’ overthrew Wizkid’s ‘Essence’ featuring Tems and Justin Bieber, which peaked at number 9 on the Billboard Hot 100, to become the highest charting Nigerian song ever at number 8.

As seen on the newly released Billboard Top 10 chart, ‘Calm Down’ has climbed another spot to number 6, extending its record.
