I Introduced Wizkid And Burna Boy To American Audiences – Swizz Beats
American record producer, Swizz Beatz in an interview has revealed he and Alicia Keys introduced Wizkid to American audiences.
The producer revealed this in interview when talking about the rise of Afrobeat. Swiss Beatz maintained he also was the first person to bring Burna Boy into America to perform.
Talking further, Swiss Beatz noted that he has knows a lot about music and sounds from different countries due to the fact that he is always traveling. In fact, he posited that many people in America see him as too “African” when he was playing Fela Anikulapo songs.
