Davido To Perform At The 50th PFA Awards In Manchester
Afrobeats star Davido has been billed to perform at the Professional Footballers’ Association (PFA) Awards taking place in Manchester on August 29, 2023.
The music star shared the good news with his millions of followers on Twitter today, Tuesday evening (August 15), confirming he will be live at the ceremony, where many famous professional footballers will be present too.
Announcing the upcoming event on his page, Davido wrote, ‘Ballers! Are you ready? We bringing some TIMELESS vibes to you at the 50th PFA AWARDS in Manchester on the 29th of August ! Let’s have an unforgettable night’!
The PFA Awards, established since the 1973–74 season, is one of the most important occasions in football, which recognizes the outstanding performers from every division and is voted for by the players.
Davido, who perfromed at the 2022 World Cup in Qatar, is equally the first Nigerian artist to be booked for perfromance at the PFA Awards event.
