That DM Changed My Life – Ruger Shares His First Chats With D’Prince
Nigerian music star Ruger has shared the first conversation he had with his label boss, D’Prince, leading to his signing to Jonzing World.
In an appreciation post shared via his Instagram story Tuesday, the consistent 24-year-old hitmaker applauded his benefactor, D’Prince, whose DM changed his life.
As seen in the screenshot of their conversation dated 2019, D’Prince, who had sent the first message, informed Ruger that he was coming to Nigeria that December and they would link up.
Ruger, in response, said he couldn’t wait to prove himself (his talent) to D’Prince and his entire team; however, satisfied, he replied that Ruger wouldn’t need to prove anything.
In his appreciation post, Ruger revealed that the DM changed his life, and the kind of boss D’Prince is.
He wrote: ‘@dprince I don’t know what to say. That dm changed my life, and you didn’t stop there, you kept taking care of me till date. I just want to say thank you. Look at me saying I was coming to prove myself to you not knowing you had seen the future in me. Thank you.’
