Wizkid’s “Morayo” album has made waves, achieving the second-biggest debut streaming week ever for any album in Nigeria, after “Timeless.”
According to TurnTable Charts, the album racked up an impressive 48.6 million on-demand streams in its first week, equivalent to 32,450 album units sold in Nigeria.
However, it wasn’t enough to dethrone Davido’s “Timeless,” which remains undefeated with a staggering 50.1 million streams in its debut week.
While “Morayo” showcases Wizkid’s global appeal, “Timeless” proves that Davido’s dominance is, well, timeless. The race for the ultimate Nigerian album continues!
