Davido has made history as his new album ‘Timeless’ becomes the first-ever album by an African artist to reach no. 1 on US iTunes.
‘Timeless’ by Nigerian music star Davido has continued to set global records. The album, which dropped on March 31, has reached a new a milestone after just 6 days of release!
Davido ‘Timeless’, which previously tied with Burna Boy’s ‘Love, Damini’ as the only African albums to reach top 2 on US iTunes, has surpassed ‘Love, Damini, to become the highest charting African album on the US iTunes.
On Wednesday evening (April 5), ‘Timeless’ peaked at number one on the US iTunes, thus becoming the first African album ever to achieve such record (in just 6 days).
