American Singer Chris Brown Celebrates Adeleke’s Victory

American singer Christopher Brown, aka Chris Brown, has celebrated the Governor-elect of Osun State and Davido’s uncle, Ademola Adeleke.

Popular American singer Chris Brown celebrated Adeleke on his social media handle on Sunday (July 17).

Adeleke Saturday, July 16, defeated Gboyega Oyetola, the incumbent Governor of Osun State, polling 403,371 votes as against Oyetola’s 375,027 tally.

He was declared winner of the gubernatorial race by the INEC Sunday morning.

Davido, his nephew, played a significant role in his victory, which must have caught the attention of the American singer, who has collaborated with the Afrobeats singer a couple of times (including on his latest album ‘Breezy Delux’).

Chris Brown, via his Instagram story, posted a picture of Adeleke Sunday evening. His act has generated multitudes of reactions from Nigerians.

Some Nigerians hailed Chris Brown for always supporting Nigeria, adding that he deserves a Nigerian name. Some applauded him for supporting Davido, like a true friend should.
