Kiss Daniel’s Former Label G-Worldwide Drags Him To Court
As we all might be aware, Kiss Daniel former G-Worldwide artiste announced his exit from the Record label and the birth of his new label Flyboy INC. but all doesn’t seem perfect as his former record label has taken a legal action in a press statement released recently.
G-worldwide Entertainment Limited, has taken a legal action to ban Kiss Daniel for performing and using the stage name “Kiss Daniel” as this is a breach of a 7 years contract and intellectual property violation. The court order was filled at Federal High Court, Lagos for judgement on the 30th of November 2017.
In the statement released by G-worldwide Entertainment Limited, the record label pointed out some key points that has led to this restriction filled at the court;
- He signed a 7 years contract started in 2013
- Appointing a new manager
- Using songs recorded under G-Worldwide Label
- Using the name “Kiss Daniel” without seeking permission 🙁
- Soliciting for bookings
- Entering performance agreements

Most of you here that are making blind comments in support of Kiss has never invested a dime in any business talk less of hundreds of millions of naira. Especially in the entertainment business, if only you know how much is involve in grooming an upcoming artist in order to put them in limelight you would not come here to blab.
