A man has been arrested for allegedly stealing a panties belonging to a pregnant lady.
The suspect was nabbed, today, inside the Ibrahim Badamasi Babangida University, Lapia, Niger State.
He has since been handed over to security operatives. Man arrested after stealing a pregnant lady’s panties.
