The Headies has come and has gone, let’s take a look at some of the previous winners of the Prestigious ‘Next rated’.
We can go on wagging of tongues saying this or that doesn’t deserve this or that, but that still doesn’t take away the fact that most of those who have won the award went out to achieve bigger glories.
The headies award Next Rated has proven to be a perfect stepping stone to bigger recognitions.You can see the likes of Davido, Wizkid, Asa, Wande Coal etc become global superstars.
Although, the category doesn’t guarantee instant success after winning it but you will also understand that winning makes you work harder to prove yourself because it puts the pressure on you.
