Arguably one of the beat rappers in the world today. Just fresh off his K.O.D album release in 2018, the next destination for the rapper was Nigeria. He headlined the Castle Locks Concert alongside Wizkid and Davido.
J-Cole came and same Nigerians who claimed they don’t listen to rap music were the one’s singing every line of his K.O.D album released just few days earlier word for word.

The rapper who had commercial success in the late 90’s and 2000’s made his way to the Africa’s Entertainment capital. Not the most anticipated but pleasing. Formerly signed to P.diddy’s “Bad Boy” Label alongside the likes of Biggy and Mack Maine.

Arguably the hottest female rapper in the U.S as we speak came into Nigeria courtesy of Fly time/ Rhythm Unplugged anniversary. She stole the show and even performed alongside Davido .
She was a subject of trolls on social media when An incident showed when she twerked for Davido and he refused to rock her- lol. It was interesting to see her on stage though.
9. Koffee
The young reggae sensation burst into the music scene in 2017 and had the hit “Toast”. At just the age of 20 she won the Grammy award for best reggae Album with “Rapture”. She was one of those brought into the massive Flytime Rhythm Unplug event Anniversary in 2019. Quite a delight to have her on stage in Nigeria.

The best RnB band in the 90’s took us down memory lane once again with soulful performance of songs like “unbended knee” and “End of the Road”. It Was fun bringing back those nostalgic moments.
