Lady Who Accused D’banj Of Rape Arrested

D’banj rape allegations

The lady who accused the Koko master ‘D’banj‘ of rape identified as Seyitan Babatayo has been arrested by the officers of the Nigerian police force.

This was confirmed by her lawyer that the arrest took place on the 16th of June 2020 but they are facilitating her bail. The lady accused D’banj of raping her at Glee Hotel, Lagos in 2018.

The singer recently responded to the allegations suing the lady insisting she must pay for damages and Defamation of character worth over 100 million and also tender a public apology.

This has sparked off a lot of debate on social media on why she should be detained by the police without having to hear her in the law court.
