Popular female DJ and daughter to Billionaire Femi Otedola, DJ Cuppy has received a Manchester United Jersey from Super Eagle player, Odion Ighalo after she dumped Arsenal.
The Gelato singer took to her twitter account to express joy and gratitude to the footballer for his kind gesture and also a warm welcome to the Red Devils’ side.
She posted the photo of the jersey with the caption:

Cuppy, who has been a die hard Arsenal FC fan since beginning of time made a revelation that she was fed up of the team and was quitting in a rather hilarious tweet after they failed to win their match against Brighton & Hove Albion FC on June 20th.
She posted: “It’s not me, it’s you Only so much heartbreak a girl can take @Arsenal… I can no longer stay in this toxic relationship. I’m sorry.”

From the day she ceased to be an Arsenal fan, she had constantly watched various English Premier Matches seeking for a new team. This lasted for a week until she found herself a new club.
On June 27th, Manchester United played against Norwich FC in the FA cup and befoe the start of the match, She swore that If Nigerian player Odion Ighalo scores for the team, she is going to be a fan of the team. She posted: “As a Nigerian I think it’s only right that if @ighalojude scores a goal today… I will officially join @ManUtd as a fan! #FACup.”

If you watched the game, you would remember that Ighalo scored the first goal of the game in the 51st minute. And at that minute, Cuppy became a Manchester United Player because of Ighalo. Hence, he decided to welcome her with a signed Jersey from himself.
