Naira Marley Says He Is Ready To Lead A Protest To #EndSars
Naira Marley has decided to hid to the clarion call. He offered himself to be the hangman in the fight and protest against the torments and persecution of Nigerian youths in the hands of the Special Anti Rubbery Squad also known as SARS of the Nigeria police force.
Earlier in the week, The self acclaimed embodiment of Fela, Burna Boy was asked to join in the protest against the oppression in the country to which he declined and claim: I trust no politician. Forgetting that’s he’s idol Fela himself was a politician who ones compete in the ballot for the position of the president of the republic called Nigeria.
He continued that he knows this may land him in prison but he is willing to take the bull by the horn as long as it’s the wish of the people.
If y’all want me to lead D protest I will lead but just know that they will send me to kirikiri prison this time.

He then indicate what triggered his anger, what spur him to want to embark on such a journey against the established authorities who have once picked him up for cyber crime offenses, has he asked ” why shoot an unarmed civilian”.
He becomes the second celebrity today to speak out against this tyranny. After Wizkid spoke out against the president.

Naira Marley concluded by calling for proper planning so that the protest will take place. He may not claim to be an embodiment of Fela but surely he is demonstrating the Bob Marley traits by fight against the oppression of the masses. And hopefully more celebrities will join their voice to his as we all say no to POLICE BRUTALITY.
It seems these efforts have finally yielded positive report as the inspector general of police, IGP M.A Adamu make a press release to ban all federal Sars and other tactical squads to from conducting routine search.
