#ENDSARS: Naira Marley Cancels Today’s Planned Protest

“We won’t be protesting anymore because there’s a lot of changes being made right now” – Naira Marley tweets after the Nigerian Police tweeted at him saying they have heard the cries of the youth loud and clear and are already making changes.

Marlian president Naira Marley had a planned protest for today 9 am but has now cancelled this protest and will be in talks with the Nigerian Police on his instagram page today at 11AM.

The protest was a cry for change, Nigerian youths and citizens should feel safe. The government have promised to make changes. Whilst we anticipate their actions it’s important we stick together to sort the issues on ground, #EndSARSBrutality #EndPoliceBrutality

According to Naira Marley, he is giving the police one week for things to change and if they don’t he will lead another mass protest.
