Kanye West Rejects Kim Kardashian Divorce Petition
According to court documents obtained by E! News, Kanye West has filed an opposition to his estranged wife’s, Kim Kardashian request for bifurcation. The term bifurcation is the request made by the beautiful model in which she asks the court to declare her legally single as she continues to work on a divorce settlement.
In the documents filed by the billionaire rapper lawyer, the artiste states that “Kim’s motion should be denied without prejudice so that Kim can refile it with the mandatory corrections and requested conditions set forth in the proposed judgment.” Alternatively, a hearing regarding these additional conditions should be set.”
It would be recalled that Kim filed to be legally single a few months ago after citing that she could not continue being married to Kanye West due to irreconcilable differences.
