Nigerian singer Omah Lay’s cryptic Instagram message leaves fans speculating about his mental health.

Taking to Instagram on Thursday, the Port Harcourt-born Afrobeats singer writes that ‘angels are supposed to fly’, so when people don’t hear from him again, they should know he’s gone somewhere.

Fans are worried about Omah Lay‘s Post because he had revealed before that he was suffering from depression.

On July 18, 2022, the singer took to Twitter and shared how his depression became worse after getting intimate with his therapist.

On his debut album too, he made a couple of songs about his mental health. Songs like ‘Soso’ and ‘I’m a Mess’ from his ‘Boy Alone’ album are about his experience with depression.
