Gospel artiste Mercy Chinwo has slammed a 2 Billion Naira lawsuit on singer Obidiz for using her name in his song which she termed a ‘wordly’ song.
The gospel singer in a letter written to Obidiz informed the singer that the song ‘Mercy Chinwo’ is against the tenet of her religion as a renowned gospel singer whose sole aim is to propagate the gospel of Jesus Christ.
Therefore Mercy Chinwo legal team implored Obidiz to withdraw the song from all digital streaming platforms which it has been published or else he should be ready to pay a damage fee of 2Billion Naira.
