SHAMELESS: Lawmaker goes shirtless to celebrate electoral victory
Newly elected lawmaker in Kogi State Ododo Moses was sighted shirtless as he celebrated his State Assembly membership electoral victory.
He was seen topless celebrating his victory ontop of his car with his wife beside him as she cheered with the crowd who beard witness.
