Corona Virus hits Premier League: Arsenal and Chelsea Players Quarantined
The epidemic Corona Virus has finally hit the premier league as Arsenal FC and Chelsea FC players have been quarantined.
The players was set aside for close watch in accordance with World Health Organization derivatives after Arsenal’s manager Mikel Arteta and Chelsea’s Hudson Odoi both tested postived to Covid-19 yesterday.
The two English clubs based in London released a press statement via their official social media handles confirming these developments.
Chelsea’s training ground Cobham Center has been shut down same as Arsenals training center following these positive results.
Chelsea FC and Arsenal FC will be the first premier league sides to be quarantined for Corona Virus.
The premier league might experience some setbacks as most matches may be postponed this week including Arsenal’s premier league match against Brighton and Wove Albion on Saturday 14th March 2020.
Italy’s Seria A has already been paused same as France’s League 1 all because of the Corona Virus outbreak.
